Thank you for taking the first step in finding a greater sense of Balance, Harmony and Self by seeking out massage therapy. As a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, I am honored and deeply touched by the trust clients place upon me to help facilitate their life changes. Life changes may come in the form of simply feeling better by helping remove muscle tension and improving joint range of motion or helping people discover and channel reservoirs of energy to rekindle their passion for life. Clients report that, I have an intuitive healing power that helps to guide them and their awareness back to simply enjoying life and being present. I truly believe the ability to bring about positive change in others is a gift. A gift I hope to share with you on your path to a positive change within you.

Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on [of] hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. (http://www.reiki.org/FAQ/WhatIsReiki.html)
